Useful Info's - T&C's, Delivery
Orders - Once you have placed an order with Cheet it is deemed that you have read, understood and accepted Cheet’s terms and conditions. Upon an order being accepted by Cheet you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Cheet reserves the right to refuse orders.
Delivery - Cheet delivers to the UK within 3-5 days of receiving the order and the clearing of payment. We will always try to deliver as soon as possible after your order is received. Cheet delivers to Europe and all other countries within 7-14 days. A signature is required for each delivery. There is one postal charge per order.
Postage Charges -
UK/N.Ireland deliveries – the postal charges are displayed online and vary according to the size and weight of each product purchased. Items are despatched primarily with Royal Mail’s recorded postal system however, Cheet might occasionally use a courier service to send orders too. We always use a delivery service that is trackable to avoid lost items. A signature is required upon delivery and Cheet will send the customer the relevant tracking number so that you can keep a note of your shipment.
EC deliveries – postal charges are displayed online and vary according to the size and weight of each product purchased. Please allow between 10-12 working days for deliveries. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order.
USA/Rest of the World - postal charges are displayed online and vary according to the size and weight of each product purchased. Please allow 12-16 days for delivery. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order.
Notification of despatch - Cheet will send customers the appropriate tracking information so that you can check on the delivery status of your order.
Returns policy - Upon the date that you take receipt of your goods Cheet provides a 14 day guarantee in which to return those goods for an exchange or refund. This provision does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations (Distance Selling). Further details of these rights are available from your local Trading Standards Advice Bureau.
Returns Procedure – Call Cheet customer services (020 7223 3817) or email info@cheetlondon.com to inform them of your wish to return an item. Wrap the goods securely, complete with dustbag where relevant, and post back to Customer Services, Cheet London PO Box 11092 Bishops Stortford Herts CM22 6XP. Cheet recommends you post using the Recorded Delivery option available at all post offices to avoid the possibility of lost goods. Cheet is not responsible for returned orders lost in the post..
Refund & Exchange Procedure - Upon the date of a receipt at Cheet of a returned order in perfect condition, complete with dust bag where relevant, a refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days. Postage cannot be refunded.
Description of Products - Cheet takes every possible care to ensure that each product’s description is full and accurate. The website is updated regularly, but actual stock availability can occasionally be different than site listings. Cheet will mark a product with the words; “sold out” when an item is sold out as quickly as possible.
Cheet reserves the right to edit product descriptions at any time and to withdraw, replace and add products available at their sole discretion.

That is why Cheet incorporate PAYPAL and SAGEPAY into their online store which ensures that all sensitive information is secure. This means that these details are validated through a secure server where authorisation is approved and there is no possibility that anyone could read them.
