Orders - Once you have placed an order with Cheet it is deemed that you have read, understood and accepted Cheet’s terms and conditions. Upon an order being accepted by Cheet you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Cheet reserves the right to refuse orders.
Delivery - Cheet delivers to the UK within 2-3 days of receiving the order and the clearing of payment. Cheet delivers to Europe and all other countries within 7-14 days. A signature is required for each delivery. There is one postal charge per order.
Postage Charges -
Cheet charges £4.50 on all deliveries within the UK & Northern Ireland. Order values of over £200 qualify for free delivery. A signature is required upon delivery and Cheet will send the customer the relevant tracking number so that you can keep a note of your shipment.
We ship to the EC for a charge of £9.95. Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order. Please allow 10-12 working days for deliveries within the EC. Returns policy - Upon the date that you take receipt of your goods Cheet provides a 14 day guarantee in which to return those goods for an exchange or refund. This provision does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations (Distance Selling). Further details of these rights are available from your local Trading Standards Advice Bureau. Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns Procedure – Call Cheet customer services (020 7223 3817) to inform them of your wish to return an item. Wrap the goods securely, complete with dustbag where relevant, and post back to Customer Services, Cheet, Unit 31, Block A, Battersea Business Centre, 99-109 Lavender Hill, London SW11 5QL. Cheet recommends you post using the Recorded Delivery option available at all post offices to avoid the possibility of lost goods. Cheet is not responsible for returned orders lost in the post. Please note that sale items are non-returnable. Postage cannot be refunded.
Refund & Exchange Procedure - Upon the date of a receipt at Cheet of a returned order in perfect condition, complete with dust bag where relevant, a refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days. If you have received a gift from Cheet that you would like to return Cheet does offer an exchange up to the same value. Sales items are non-refundable.
Description of Products - Cheet takes every possible care to ensure that each product’s description is full and accurate. The website is updated regularly, but actual stock availability can occasionally be different than site listings. Cheet will mark a product with the words; “Sorry you’re too late!” when an item is sold out as quickly as possible. Cheet reserves the right to edit product descriptions at any time and to withdraw, replace and add products available at their sole discretion.
